Regine Hill, MBA is the CEO & Founder of Emerging Stars Sports Agency, a premier athlete representation and development firm dedicated to empowering athletes at every stage of their journey—from high school and college to the professional ranks. An NFLPA Certified Contract Advisor with a Master of Business Administration from Lynn University, Regine brings years of experience in athlete development, NIL strategy, recruiting, brand management, and sports business leadership.
Throughout her career, Regine has served in collegiate athletics and professional sports, helping athletes navigate recruiting, leadership development, personal branding, and career transitions. Her philosophy is simple: develop champions, build legacies, and prepare athletes for life beyond the game.
