Entertainment executive Derrick “Lottery” Hardy joins as NFL & Recruiting Consultant, while Kaitlyn Lawrence is named Executive Assistant.
PALM BEACH, FL — August 3, 2026 — Emerging Stars is proud to announce the expansion of its administrative leadership team with the appointments of Derrick “Lottery” Hardy as NFL & Recruiting Consultant and Kaitlyn Lawrence as Executive Assistant. These strategic additions reflect the organization’s continued investment in building a world-class team dedicated to identifying, developing, and supporting elite talent.
As Emerging Stars continues to expand its reach across athletics and entertainment, the organization is strengthening its internal leadership with professionals whose expertise, vision, and commitment to excellence will help shape the agency’s future.
Derrick “Lottery” Hardy named NFL & Recruiting Consultant
Joining Emerging Stars as NFL & Recruiting Consultant, Derrick “Lottery” Hardy brings more than two decades of experience as an entertainment executive, talent manager, producer, entrepreneur, and actor. Throughout his career, Hardy has built a national reputation for identifying exceptional talent, developing careers from the ground up, and creating opportunities across music, sports, television, and film.
A native of Chicago’s South Side, Hardy began his career as an artist before discovering his true passion for developing others. After earning recognition in The Source magazine’s prestigious Unsigned Hype, he transitioned behind the scenes and ultimately built an impressive executive career spanning Universal Music Publishing, Motown Records, and ArtClub International.
Hardy has worked alongside industry icons including Erykah Badu, India.Arie, Jhené Aiko, Anderson .Paak, and Omarion while also signing and developing emerging artists. His career includes helping oversee NBA superstar Damian Lillard’s music career as Dame D.O.L.L.A. and guiding independent artist tobi lou from an emerging talent into a globally recognized artist with hundreds of millions of streams and a Gold-certified single.
In addition to his work in music, Hardy served as a Talent Producer for NBC’s The Voice and has earned acting credits in Beyond the Gates, Fatal Attraction, Deadly Case Files, Tulsa King, and several independent film productions.
At Emerging Stars, Hardy will leverage his extensive experience evaluating talent, building relationships, and developing careers to strengthen the organization’s recruiting efforts while helping identify and cultivate the next generation of athletes and professionals.
Kaitlyn Lawrence named Executive Assistant
Emerging Stars is also pleased to welcome Kaitlyn Lawrence as the organization’s new Executive Assistant.
Since 2021, Kaitlyn Lawrence has built a career in the sports industry, gaining experience across both football and basketball while working alongside athletes, coaches, and performance staff. Her work has provided valuable insight into the unique demands of competitive sports and the importance of supporting everyone who contributes to an athlete’s success. Driven by a passion for connection and advocacy, she founded a community that brings together athletes and sports professionals to foster meaningful relationships, collaboration, and holistic support. Through strategic programming and impactful initiatives, Kaitlyn is committed to strengthening the sports community by creating opportunities that promote personal well-being, professional development, and long-term success for both athletes and the dedicated staff who serve them.
Lawrence is the founder of the After The Whistle Support Network, which focuses on mental health and guidance off the field. Her clientele ranges from athletes, to coaches, and staff.
Lawrence will play an integral role in supporting executive leadership, coordinating daily operations, managing organizational initiatives, and helping ensure seamless communication across the agency. Her professionalism, organizational expertise, and commitment to excellence will be instrumental as Emerging Stars continues its rapid growth.
